I’m terrible when it comes to planning. And with planning I mean, planning to do stuff in the house. I either do nothing or I want to start everything at the same time, which usually ends up with the same results… Nothing…
The problem with re-decorating your house is that once you’ve done one area (in our case, the kitchen) the rest of the house all of a sudden looks boring and old. Which then means you have to do the rest too. I wish I had enough money to do it all in one go, but the truth of the matter is that I don’t, so I have to make choices. I want to do my office first (Noooo, it’s not done yet!!) but our bedroom is driving me crazy too. Don’t laugh but we currently have brown and yellow walls. Not sure why that seemed like a good idea all those years ago but needless to say we’re in need of some change here!

So when I then see lovely images like the ones above I immediately start to plan in my head all the things I want to paint, get rid of, buy new etc… Maybe I should just breath and first finish project one before moving on to project number two…

The hardest projects are the ones for yourself. It’s hard to decide what to accept and what to push for when it’s your own home. And yes, then the rest looks boring and you need to redo everything! Good luck. Can’t wait to see pictures.
I LOVE your inspiration photo’s! So pretty!
