For me Sonia is THE proof that healthy eating does not have to be boring or gross or tedious. She manages to turn any dish into a dish that is not only delicious but also really good for you. Apart from that she is a great character, writes funny posts and well… what can I say? Just go over to her blog and read about it for yourself and don’t forget to try out some of her recipes too. I have tried quite a couple over the years that I now follow Sonia’s blog and have liked everyone of them sofar.
I mean.. just look at that deliciousness here and think that this is actually a healthy version of probably something you ate at one time or another. Yes, she does that too; she takes classic recipes and converts them to healthy and still tasty alternatives. Not only is she a great cook but you’d be amazed if you read about her journey to get fit and healthy. She started out by quitting smoking 5 years ago and then just progressed from there on. She has some amazing before and after photos to proof it too.
